Noon Winery

Noon Winery was established in 1976 and is located in McLaren Vale, a world-renowned Shiraz producing region. The current owner, Drew Noon, bought back the winery from his father David in 1996. Drew is a winemaking and viticulture consultant who primarily worked in Victoria before serving as a winemaker at Cassegrain Winery. Eventually, he returned to his family's winery and took it to new heights. The winery is known for its rich and intense style, attracting a loyal following and receiving acclaim in Australia and the United States. Often, enthusiasts have to wait on a mailing list to have the opportunity to obtain a small allocation. Noon Winery does not have a wide range of wines, but their flagship Reserve Shiraz, sourced from the Langhorne Creek region (20 Rows block) with vines that are over 60 years old, received a high score of 98 from Robert Parker in its first vintage in 1997.
