Thomas Pico comes from a family of winemakers, with both his father and grandfather being involved in the industry. Having spent his childhood running around vineyards, he developed a passion for wine at an early age. After studying professional cultivation and winemaking courses in Beaune, Burgundy, he began working at the renowned Domaine Bois d'Yver in 2004. The following year, he leased 8 hectares of vineyards from the estate and established his own winery.
