Plume by Aymeric Geantet is created by Aymeric Geantet from the renowned Domaine Geantet Pansiot in France. Aymeric Geantet learned winemaking at the famous Prieuré Roch, known as the "Couteau" estate, and used his unique winemaking philosophy to create Plume. It is a very intriguing wine, particularly the white wine, which blends Savagnin, a grape from the Jura region in France, with Chardonnay. As the grapes come from two different regions, the wine is classified as "Vin de France." This classification adds to the curiosity about the taste inside the bottle. The production quantity is limited, making it definitely worth a try, especially for wine enthusiasts or blind tasters.
