Prieure Roch

"Prieuré Roch is often referred to as the "Chef's Knife Winery" due to its distinctive characteristic of having unique wine labels. It is owned by Henri-Frédéric Roch, who is also one of the co-owners of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and the nephew of Lalou Bize-Leroy. Henri is a renowned winemaking master with a royal lineage in Burgundy.

Henri-Frédéric Roch wholeheartedly devotes himself to winemaking, employing his own experience and techniques along with traditional methods to showcase the terroir of different vineyard plots. His aim is to allow the wines to evolve naturally while providing meticulous care and maximum freedom for their growth, all while maintaining humility.

The winery is dedicated to controlling yields. Since 1991, they have limited the production to only 1,800 liters per hectare, ensuring that each grape cluster receives ample nutrients and develops rich flavors.

Each wine from Prieuré Roch exudes a sense of freedom and proudly displays its unique personality.
