Si Tu Sais

Si Tu Sais was established by Patrick & Sara, with 2022 marking the first vintage release. Before founding Si Tu Sais, they worked for many years at Maison Harbour, gaining valuable experience. Drawing on this experience, they settled in Chamilly and brought Si Tu Sais to life. By incorporating their knowledge and experience and infusing their own ideas and thoughts, they created their own style that left a lasting impression from the very beginning.

Let's talk about the characteristics of their red wine: "Mostly whole cluster fermentation with gentle extraction, impressively creating elegant wines with a beautiful, smooth texture, without the use of fining agents or filtration."

Their white wines undergo natural fermentation with indigenous yeast in oak barrels at low temperatures, showcasing freshness and mineral qualities. Each bottle is treated with great care. They adopt a low-intervention and light-handed approach to winemaking. Despite having numerous followers, their production is very limited. The winery also has stringent requirements for importers, only providing their wines to the highest quality importer
