Domaine Sylvain Cathiard is one of the most highly acclaimed and sought-after wineries in Burgundy, France. Located in the heart of Vosne-Romanée in the Côte de Nuits, the domaine's history traces back to the 1930s. It is currently managed by fourth-generation winemaker Sébastien Cathiard, who took over in 2011. The domaine is renowned for its meticulous vineyard management (adhering to organic principles) and a "hands-off" winemaking philosophy inspired by the legendary Henri Jayer. Sébastien focuses on expressing the terroir with minimal intervention, employing 100% destemming and using indigenous yeasts to produce Pinot Noir wines celebrated for their exceptional purity, silky tannins, and elegance. The guiding philosophy is "Fruit, Purity, Elegance."

The domaine owns approximately 4.5 hectares of prime vineyards, including Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels. Their stellar lineup of wines, all made from Pinot Noir, includes:
