Tolpuddle

The winery was founded in 1988 and is named after the Tolpuddle Martyrs incident in England. In 2011, Martin Shaw and Master of Wine Michael Hill Smith jointly purchased the vineyard of the winery. Adam Wadewitz serves as the winemaker, bringing exceptional winemaking talent and extensive experience. He has worked in excellent wine regions such as France, Chile, and the United States. Additionally, he serves as a judge at the Capital City Wine Show. The new vintage of their Chardonnay, the 2020 vintage, received an impressive score of 98 points from renowned Australian wine critic James Halliday.
