Tony Bish Winery is located in New Zealand. Tony began his winemaking journey in 1981 and has been continuously learning about winemaking from New Zealand and Australian wineries. The winery is situated in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, and is a boutique small winery. It was officially established in 1986 when Tony met photographer Richard Brimer, who became his close friend. Both shared a passion for winemaking and encouraged each other in their pursuits. Eventually, Tony earned a bachelor's degree in winemaking. After graduating, he continued to learn and accumulate winemaking experience at larger wineries. Finally, equipped with knowledge and achievements, he returned to Hawke's Bay to embark on his winemaking journey.

The distinctive feature of this small winery is its focus solely on planting and producing Chardonnay. Tony's Chardonnay has received acclaim, including being listed in the "Robert Parker Top 100." He is a dedicated and determined individual, striving to create high-quality wines, which has earned him numerous accolades. Today, he is a highly respected winemaker in New Zealand.
