Warring States general Kato Kiyomasa's royal sake brewery: Eiko Fuji is located in Yamagata Prefecture, one of the most competitive areas for sake brewing in Japan. It has names such as Shidai and Hideho. The 240-year-old Fuji sake brewery is listed on SAKETIME, the authoritative Japanese sake website. The top three breweries are second only to the 14th generation Takagi Shuzo and Kamenoi Shuzo. He specializes in using Yamagata No. 10 yeast to brew wines with a gorgeous style and a long finish!

The founder of the Kato family is currently the 13th generation heir. The winery not only preserves the buildings from when it was founded, but also retains the traditional wine-making methods. The winery has won the gold medal in the "National Wine Tasting Competition" for four consecutive years. The mission of this winery is to make wine that everyone loves to drink.
