Bass Phillip

Bass Phillip 始創於1979年，酒莊名字取自於「George Bass」和「Arthur Phillip」，George 是一位探險家，而Arthur 則是一個海軍上將，酒莊釀酒師「Phillip Jones」為了紀念兩位便採用了兩人姓氏於澳洲一個小角「South Gisppsland」成立了酒莊，採用最傳統釀造方式，堅持低產量葡萄種植「Pinot Noir」和「Chardonnay」不灌溉及最少的人為干預，氣候涼爽，天然高濕度，土壤富含礦物質，這一切先天條件令葡萄充滿絕佳餘韻，複雜度，香氣，平衡酸度和礦物香氣，後天加上悉心照料，2002年採用Biodynamic ，不論對葡萄有愛，對環境亦一樣，身為完美主義者的他，將品質放在第一位，每款葡萄酒都充滿濃郁口感，細膩質地，迷人果香及礦物香氣，卓越複雜度，奠定酒莊無懈可擊地位，被酒界人士譽為澳洲Pinot Noir 宗師，Janice Robinson 品嚐後亦問了一句 “這是南半球的DRC嗎”
