Signatory Vintage

Signatory Vintage is no stranger to whisky lovers, founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington and Brian Symington. It started off quietly, but with a selection of over 50 different whiskies to choose from, it has become a fascinating independent bottler. Three of their main ranges are the Cask Strength Range, Rare Reserves, and Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Andrew Symington now manages the company single-handedly and is also a Master Keeper, with strong ties to the Scottish industry. The name "Signatory" comes from their initial plan to have a prominent figure sign each bottle, but their whiskies sold out too quickly to keep up with the signatures. This just goes to show how attractive their whiskies are and how discerning their selection process is. The company has since acquired Edradour distillery, moving their bottling line and warehouses to the county where Edradour is located.

Signatory Vintage is one of the most selective independent bottlers of Scottish whisky in the world. They only bottle one cask at a time, ensuring that each cask's unique color and flavor characteristics are fully showcased. They source all-natural malt whisky from the best distilleries in Scotland and hand-select the best single casks to bottle. This is why they are known for their "single, single, single malt whisky," which is truly one-of-a-kind in the industry.
