Tenuta di Castellaro  位於義大利 「Lipari  」，一個隱世小島上，好多時該區葡萄酒都被歸納到「Sicily」，因為係地理上佢地都相似，土壤中都係充滿住火山礦物，擁有住16公頃葡萄園，2005年開始酒莊營運，到2008正式推出第一個年份，酒莊主要種植一隻義大利本土品種「Corinto Nero」，係一款當年Phylloxera 幸存下來優質葡萄，名字係來自一個古希臘城市名，當地人又稱為「黑海葡萄」，依款葡萄打造出吸葡萄酒都可以展現非常多唔同個性，同時非常平易近人，令人一試難忙，從清爽果香到濃郁飽滿都可以，除左依隻最signature 葡萄，另外都重有好幾隻本土葡萄都非常出色 酒莊以性價比見稱，同時使用「全天然」以及「低產量」生產葡萄，每年只有5萬至6萬瓶發散到幾十個國家，酒莊取得「Vegan Altitude Certification」，鐘意尋找義大利本土品種而你又係Vegan 就非常適合，當中非常推薦大家試下Tenuta di Castellaro Bianco Porticello Terre Siciliane IGT 2021，有一種檸檬Cream Soda 感覺比到大家。
