Stef was born in Hong Kong and later moved to Los Angeles, USA, where he grew up immersed in wine culture and developed a passion for it. Winemaking became his dream. He then had the opportunity to work at a winery in France for seven years, and with his growing ambition, he aspired to create his own wines with his own hands. Drawing from his accumulated experience, he eventually chose the "Burgundy Etna" volcanic region in Italy as the starting point for his dream. This region offers high altitudes, rich mineral content, and century-old indigenous vines, particularly the native Nerello Mascalese grape variety. Even the character of this grape variety is similar to Burgundy's Pinot Noir.
