Benoit Ente

Benoit Ente is the brother of Burgundy legend Arnaud Ente. In 1997, he inherited 3.59 hectares of vineyards from his grandfather and manages them together with his wife, Coralie. The vineyards are primarily planted with Chardonnay, but also have Pinot Noir and the local variety, Aligote. The wines produced by the winery are aged in French oak barrels, with minimal use of new barrels, making them suitable for aging. Benoit's winemaking style is known for its purity and faithful expression of terroir, with minimal human intervention. The winery's Chardonnay has flavors of apple, pear, white peach, and vanilla.
