The estate is managed by Clement and Antoine, who are the fifth-generation heirs of the winery. Founded in 1900, they possess extensive expertise in grape cultivation and winemaking. The estate primarily focuses on growing excellent Chardonnay grapes with the aim of creating elegant and delicate Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Their Blanc de Blancs L'egoiste is crafted from Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes sourced from the renowned Champagne villages of Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. This Champagne is classified as extra-brut, which means it has an extremely low dosage of sugar, resulting in a very dry style.
