Hartmann Donà Donà is located in Südtirol, South Tyrol, Italy. Hartmann has been surrounded by vineyards and cellars since he can remember. Growing up in this environment, he has witnessed countless vines grow and create enchanting wines. When he was finally able to taste the wine, under the guidance of experts, he was completely fascinated by the charm of wine. He then spent a significant amount of time studying and understanding the three key factors – soil, vines, and weather. He consulted with wineries in Italy and Europe, gathering all the knowledge and experience from grape growers and winemakers. He personally tends to the vines and uses the best grapes to create high-quality wines for people all over the world to enjoy.

The purpose of establishing this winery is to create exciting and unique wines that tell a special story. He reinterprets the stories of 40-50 year old vines, creating an elegant and harmonious experience. The varieties include Pinot Noir, Schiava, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer. The winery produces a total of 35,000 to 40,000 bottles each year, each with its own unique personality. The Schiava, a native grape, is a must-try, as it is made from strong old vines and aged in oak barrels for 23 months, yet still maintains a harmonious balance.
