Jerome Prevost

Jerome Prevost's vineyard is located in Champagne Gueux Les Béguines. In this vineyard, a specific grape variety, "Pinot Meunier ," is exclusively cultivated. Jerome Prevost inherited the vineyard from his grandmother in 1987. Initially, the wines produced by the estate were sold to wine merchants and were generally vintage-dated, often labeled as "LC" to indicate the year. The reason why Jerome Prevost now personally produces the wines is because he previously worked at the legendary Champagne house, "Jacques Selosse," where Anselme Selosse encouraged him to bottle and sell his own wines. This opportunity was rare and highly valuable. It is definitely worth trying his single grape variety Champagne .
