Maggy Hawk

Maggy Hawk is located deep in the northern part of the Anderson Valley in the United States, known locally as "the abyss." The winery specializes in cultivating Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Planting began as early as 2000, featuring four distinct personalities of Pinot Noir from different clones, soils, slopes, and orientations: "Jolie," "Unforgettable," "Afleet," and "Stormin," among others; while the Chardonnay includes "Skycrest." This time, we introduce to you Jolie and Skycrest. The Skycrest vineyard, situated at a high altitude, produces a Chardonnay with bright acidity that is remarkably elegant and refined. The use of oak in Skycrest is delicate, offering a surprising finesse that avoids the overly pronounced oak flavors commonly found in traditional American wines.
