Messager-Germain Winery was established by two "second-generation" winemakers from Burgundy. The male owner, Simmon, worked at the renowned Robert Groffier Winery for two years, while the female owner, Adele, is the niece of the owner of the esteemed Mikulski winery. The winery's debut vintage in 2022 received strong praise from the Burgundy wine community.

They blend traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques in winemaking. All grapes undergo destemming before fermentation. They use very low temperatures for pre-fermentation maceration to preserve fruit aromas and freshness. Through gentle and prolonged extraction methods, they ensure that the tannins are delicate and smooth, showcasing the unique terroir characteristics of the vineyard and the perfect blend of modern winemaking style.
