Tenuta Sette Cieli

Tenuta Sette Cieli is located in the town of Monteverdi Marittimo in Tuscany, Italy, near the Tyrrhenian Sea. The estate was established in 2001 by owner Ambrogio Cremona Ratti, who planted the first vineyards near Bolgheri. The entire estate covers 70 hectares, with only 7 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of grape varieties specifically chosen for blending in Super Tuscan wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec.

Ambrogio Cremona Ratti states that the mission of the estate is to transform the essence of their extraordinary terroir and the power of life into high-quality wines, while respecting nature and adhering to natural processes. Every task in the vineyard is meticulously carried out by hand, with great attention to detail. The grapes are fermented and vinified in the cellar, using wild yeasts discovered and cultivated from the grape skins. As a result, the entire winemaking process is natural, creating captivating and beautiful Italian wines.

The estate's scenic landscape, with its terraced vineyards, is truly enchanting. With the backdrop of the sunset over the sea and the surrounding hills, it creates a breathtaking view. Can wines produced in such a mesmerizing setting really be anything less than enjoyable to drink?
