Starting in the 1930s as a local business delivering wine by horse-drawn carts, the Manfredis brought a blend of traditional values and cutting-edge technology to the Umberto Fiore brand.

Today, the winery is celebrated for its commitment to "fressness." A signature element of their story is their meticulous production of Moscato d'Asti. To preserve the grape's delicate aromas of peach and elderflower, they store the must at 0°C, only fermenting it upon order to ensure every bottle tastes like a fresh harvest. From the regal, structured Barolo to the vibrant, sweet Moscato, Umberto Fiore remains a testament to the timeless elegance of Northern Italy’s terroir.
