WAKAZE

WAKAZE is a French brand that comes from the words "wa no kaze" and "wakaze," meaning "young spirits" in Japanese. It was established in 2016 with the vision of making sake a mainstream drink in the world. It is an experimental brewery that started off quietly but gradually evolved and collected many different ways of change. From the beginning of not knowing the direction, they eventually launched their brand "THE CLASSIC," which emphasized French production and the involvement of Japanese sake experts, which attracted a lot of enthusiasm for sake from all over France.
