Q: How can I make a purchase?

A: After adding your desired products in your shopping cart, just simply fill in some basic information and proceed to check-out! 


Q: How long will it takes to deliver after placing an order?     
                            
A: Our cut-off time for order is 3:00pm everyday. It would take around 1-4 working days after the order is confirmed for the delivery to arrive. 


Q: How do I pay for my purchase?

A:  We support three payment methods: 

      1. Payment by cash. You can choose to pay the delivery personnel or pay directly at our store.

      2. Transaction via ATM or online banking. We support only HSBC transaction service. Please transfer your payment to 456-508738-838 within 48 hours of your order. 

      3. Payment by credit card/ Paypal



Q: If I'm not home, how do I receive my delivery?

A: We can arrange to deliver your order to your workplace or the management office of your apartment but such arrangement is only available for customers using ATM transaction, E-banking transaction, credit card, or PayPal payment methods. 



Q: Can the goods be delivered to my home or office?

A: Our delivery service covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands. They can be delivered to your home and office without any extra charges.
