Pierre Deville位於Montagne de Reims的Verzy村，是一個四代傳承的家族式酒莊，現任釀酒人Alban Corbeaux以曾祖父之名命名品牌。延續祖父在Verzy Grand Cru村莊的優質葡萄園，致力於有機與生物動力的管理，強調香檳傳統工藝與自然酵母發酵的純淨風格。

Verzy村傳統上以「Pinot Noir」聞名，但Pierre Deville卻擁有一些非常珍貴的Chardonnay老藤，其中Copin Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs打破了人們對該區「紅葡萄強勢」的刻板印象，呈現出帶有海鹽鹹感與強大結構的獨特風格。

Alban為了維持香檳的高品質，僅挑選狀態最好的部分葡萄自行裝瓶，故年產量僅約1萬至1.5萬瓶左右。這是一個「有錢也不一定買得到」的小農精品，在許多高端餐廳的酒單上往往是一瓶難求。

如果你仔細品嚐Pierre Deville的香檳，除了豐富的果味，會發現結尾往往帶著一絲絲「鹹感」。這是因為Verzy村的白堊土層（Chalk）非常深厚，而這股鹹鮮味被視為該酒莊最迷人的標誌。
