DAOU Vineyards

DAOU Vineyards was originally named "Hoffman Mountain Ranch Winery" and was founded by Stanley Hoffman in 1964. In 2012, Daniel Daou, along with his two brothers, purchased the vineyard and Daniel became the head winemaker. The winery was officially renamed DAOU Vineyards. The vineyards are certified by SIP (Sustainability in Practice), which ensures strict monitoring and management practices. The grapes are meticulously hand-pruned, harvested, sorted, destemmed, and undergo extended skin contact before being aged in high proportions of new French oak barrels. The production volume is extremely limited, resulting in rare wines.

On the other hand, Patrimony Estate was founded by Georges and Daniel Daou of DAOU Family Estates. Both of them come from Lebanon and have traveled through Paris before settling in the United States. Their goal is to produce the world's best Cabernet Sauvignon. Through continuous exploration and the search for exceptional terroir, they have created wines with ultra-high phenolic content, showcasing both minerality and freshness. These wines possess ample power while maintaining elegance and balance. This dedication and quality have garnered significant attention from grape collectors in recent years, making Patrimony Estate one of the sought-after wines for collectors.
